Messrs Schöning maintain Internet websites with centralised information and functionality for each of their three business units under the Schoening-Verlag name. The company shall not be responsible for the contents, which stem from other providers due to cross references. This shall apply as long as there is no knowledge of any illegal or criminally liable contents or if it is technically impossible or unreasonable to prevent use.
Messrs Schöning review the contents for illegality and criminal liability at the time links are established with third-party providers.
